Secure your room with our easy booking process and a clear confirmation policy.

A booking is confirmed only after a 50% advance payment of the total cost is received. This advance payment is non-refundable and final.
Upon confirmation, a receipt will be sent automatically to your WhatsApp from our business number, 01856488966.
Standard check-in is 1:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an extra charge (late check-out ৳1,000 per hour) and is subject to availability.
All guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.
The number of guests per room must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated at the time of booking. Extra guests require an extra bed at the published nightly charge.

Pay the advance online or at the front desk; the balance is due at check-in.

We accept cash, bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Online payments on this website are processed securely through ZiniPay — we never see or store your wallet PIN.
The remaining balance is payable at check-in. Room rates are per night and include complimentary breakfast; weekend (Friday, Saturday) and holiday rates may differ from weekday rates and are shown before you confirm.

For your safety, we use 24/7 CCTV surveillance and smart card lock systems.
Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property.
Smoking is prohibited inside all rooms, and a cleaning fee will be charged for any violations.
The possession or use of illegal drugs, firearms, and other dangerous goods is strictly prohibited.
Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Pets are not permitted on the property.

Our non-refundable commitment.

A clear, simple policy for all cancellations and payments.

Please be aware that all payments made to TUPTUP are non-refundable and final.
If you cancel your booking for any reason, the advance payment will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued for “no-shows” or early departures.
TUPTUP is not liable for cancellations due to unforeseen events like natural disasters, and no refunds will be provided in such cases.
Date changes may be requested before check-in and are subject to availability and any rate difference.
